Welcome to Bromley Council's Meeting Documents section. This facility will allow you to find documents which are presented to the Council's decision making bodies, as well as the decisions that were made. This applies to any meetings held after 12 May 2004. You can search by meeting date, by key word or if you go to the advanced search there are more options such as ward and dates.

Changes in January 2010

Starting in January 2010, we are upgrading our Council meeting documents system to make it more accessible and convenient. Agendas and reports for each meeting will be available as a single document in PDF format, rather than as numerous individual documents. This will make navigation within each meeting agenda easier - click on the bookmark icon to the left of the document on the screen to navigate quickly to the report you want to view.

Other information

Some users are experiencing problems viewing committee documents with the Firefox browser. Please use another browser if possible such as Internet Explorer (IE). We are working to resolve this issue, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please note: To search using a planning application number do not include the 'DC/' at the beginning of the reference (eg to search on DC/04/03193/FULL1 you only need to put "04/03193" including the quotation marks).
